Mountain Strength Small Group Training
Mountain Strength: Small Group Training
6 weeks 12 sessions
Build a strong foundation for climbing, hiking, skiing and an active mountain lifestyle.
This small-group program focuses on practical, full-body strength, with additional attention given to the upper body, back, shoulders, grip and core. You don’t need to be a climber to join—the program is designed for active adults who want to feel stronger, move with confidence and stay capable for the activities they enjoy.
Exercises can be adjusted to suit your experience, abilities and individual limitations. You’ll receive professional coaching and personalized guidance while enjoying the motivation and supportive atmosphere of training with a small group.
The program begins with individual movement and strength assessments to identify your current abilities, strengths, limitations, and training needs. From there, we start with a base-building phase focused on developing sound movement patterns, stability, mobility, and foundational strength before progressively introducing heavier strength work and power development.
Although you’ll train in a small-group environment, coaching is individualized. Exercises, loads, and progressions can be adjusted to your experience, abilities, and goals.
You’ll also learn proper lifting technique and the principles behind effective strength programming, giving you the knowledge and confidence to continue training safely and effectively on your own.
